The EXP Buff mod addresses this issue by increasing the Jutsu XP gain rate by 10 times. Now, for every hit, you gain 10 Jutsu XP instead of just 1. This substantial increase allows you to unlock and improve your jutsu much faster, letting you enjoy the full range of ninja abilities without spending countless hours grinding.
