Baby Mobs Addon Mcpe
Baby Mobs Addon (1.19) adds the baby form of many mobs, such as baby creepers, baby skeletons, baby endermen, and more. While similar add-ons already exist, they are either outdated or no longer available. In this add-on, you can find them in the world, or spawn them with spawn eggs or commands.
Features:
This add-on adds baby forms for the following mobs:
- Allay
- Bat
- Blaze
- Cave spider
- Creeper
- Enderman
- Endermite
- Evoker
- Ghast
- Guardian
- Parrot
- Phantom
- Piglin Brute
- Pillager
- Ravager
- Silverfish
- Spider
- Vex
- Vindicator
- Wandering trader
- Warden
- Witch
When the above mobs spawn, they have a 5% chance to spawn in their baby form.
If the above-mentioned mob is neutral or hostile, its baby form moves 1.5 times faster than its adult form, and drops 2.4 times as much experience as its adult form. For example:
- The movement speed of adult creepers is 0.2 and the movement speed of baby creepers is 0.3.
- The experience drop for adult creepers is 5 and the experience drop for baby creepers is 12.
The other attributes and behaviors of baby mobs are essentially the same as those of their adult forms, with the following exceptions:
- A baby creeper’s explosion is less powerful than an adult creeper’s. Even if it becomes charged, its explosive power is less than that of an adult-charged creeper.
- Baby phantoms’ attack damage is slightly smaller than that of adult phantoms.
- Baby evokers, baby pillagers, baby ravagers, baby vexes and baby vindicators are worse than adults, killing even baby villagers and baby wandering traders!
- Baby evokers, baby pillagers, baby ravagers, baby vindicators, baby wandering traders and baby witches can all grow into adults. All of these mobs are hostile except the wandering traders.
- Baby evokers, baby pillagers, baby ravagers, baby vindicators and baby witches can be raiders! You must be quicker in defeating raids because they run faster than adults!
- You now need to be more careful when exploring ancient cities as wardens have a 5% chance of spawning as babies. Baby wardens run 1.25 times faster than adults, making it very difficult to escape from their pursuit!
Now that there are so many baby mobs, are there any baby players? Of course! You can choose to play as a baby player or not.
If you are a baby player, you will run faster than an adult, but will also deplete your hunger bar faster.
Due to MCPE-31896 update, this leads to the following problems:
- The camera position is the same as for adults. Therefore, blocks that are mined or placed directly in front of you will always be one block above their actual location.
- Entering a one-block-high space blocks vision and even takes suffocation damage. Players may use this bug to see through the cave below to see what ore they want to mine. This is not recommended for multiplayer use as this would be considered cheating.
- You can breathe in one-block-deep water.
- When the water block is on your head, you can’t breathe, it’s like being underwater.
Installation Note:
- Download the Baby Mobs Addon.
- Load it into your Minecraft. Since the mcaddon installation method only uses the first 10 characters of the “name” field in the manifest.json file as the folder name in the behavior_packs folder, it may cause confusion for some players. If you are used to managing behavior packs in the behavior_packs folder instead of the in-game Storage feature, it is recommended to download the ZIP file of the behavior pack and extract it into the behavior_packs folders.
- Create a world and load it through the “Behavior Packs”. (It is recommended that you load it into a new world)
- Start the world and enjoy! (You don’t need to enable Experimental Gameplay)
