Better Biomes Mod
Better Biomes Mod 1.6.4 is a forge mod that adds a new world type, more biomes, and configuration options for vanilla biomes. The Better Biomes world type contains all the new biomes but they also generate in the standard Overworld. Each one can be turned off in the config.

Sapling Planter: To plant a sapling, you need a sapling planter. The sapling planted is determined by the mode (metadata). Change the mode by pressing the ‘drop’ button while holding the sapling planter. The sapling planter then consumes vanilla saplings and plants the sapling shown on its face. The saplings can be crafted back into vanilla saplings if you destroy them.
