Cinematic Color Correction Shaders

Cinematic Color Correction Shaders (1.20.4, 1.19.4) gives the game a more cinematic look by changing the color and adding a Bloom effect. The only thing in this shader that impacts the performance is Bloom. With Bloom disabled, this shader probably runs on anything.
