Distracting Trims Mod
There is a game mechanic in Minecraft, where Piglins in the Nether dimension will attack you unless you are wearing a piece of golden armor. This mechanic, while being interesting, is annoying at the same time, as you have to sacrifice the superior protection of a Netherite armor just to protect yourself from a surprise attack. Distracting Trims Mod (1.20.4, 1.20.2) brings a solution for this. Trimmed armor is a feature that was recently released. By using a smithing table, you can add trims to an armor to make them look more pleasing. One such trim is the golden trim, which adds designs made of gold onto your armor. This mod makes use of this feature to protect you from piglins. If you have gold trimmed armor, piglins will not attack you.
