Ftb University 1 12 Modpack
Unlike FTB Academy, FTB University 1.12 Modpack (1.12.2) is here to teach you more about the complexity of mods that around compared to those who are just starting to learn about mods. This pack is meant for those who have completed the Academy modpack to try and understand the less known mods around, giving them a taste as to what modpack creators like to add into their journeys.
Features:
- FTB University has over 1,200 quests, spread over 28 chapters, containing over 70,000 words and 6,000 lines of text. Each of the major mods have their own chapter, split into groups based on their category (Automation, Technology, and Magic).
- University has almost no altered progression; it is not an expert pack. However, certain recipes are gated behind quests (Gendustry behind the Alveary, for instance). It also has Avaritia, as well as recipes for creative items.
- This modpack is also missing certain widely-used mods, like the Thermal suite, as well as Tinkers’ Construct. This is to encourage you to use tools and machines from other mods that you otherwise wouldn’t.
- The major mods that have quests are: Logistics Pipes , Xnet , Integrated Dynamics , Applied Energistics 2 , Forestry , Extra Utilities 2 , Industrial Craft 2 , Immersive Engineering , PneumaticCraft: Repressurized , Ender IO , Mekanism v9 , RFTools + Dimensions , Environmental Tech , NuclearCraft: Overhauled (quests will be added in a later version) , Advanced Rocketry , Botania , Blood Magic , Thaumcraft 6 , Mahou Tsukai , Rats , Deep Mob Learning , Genetics Reborn.
