Minenautica Mod

Minenautica Mod 1.7.10 strives to implement aspects of the popular game under-water survival game, Subnautica, to create an expierence that is both the combination of Minecraft and Subnautica or “Minenautica.” This mod includes hundreds of items and blocks, and three unique biomes found in a new dimension inhabited with alien fish, plants, and coral.

Features:

Mobs

  • Peeper
    • Peepers are passive mobs, and they have the highest food stats of any Minenautica food.
    • Right clicking a Raw Peeper will spawn a Peeper like a spawn egg.
  • Floater
    • Floaters are passive mobs. In the future, Floaters will float and stick to things.
  • Hoverfish
    • Hoopfish are passive mobs.
    • Right clicking a Raw Hoopfish will spawn a Hoopfish like a spawn egg.
  • Bladderfish
    • Bladderfish are passive mobs often found in the Safe Shallows.
    • Right clicking a Raw Bladderfish will spawn a Bladderfish like a spawn egg.
  • Garryfish
    • Garryfish are passive mobs.
    • Right clicking a Raw Garryfish will spawn a Garryfish like a spawn egg.
  • Holefish
    • Holefish are passive mobs.
    • Right clicking a Raw Holefish will spawn a Holefish like a spawn egg.
  • Boomerang
    • Boomerangs are passive mobs.
    • Right clicking a Raw Boomerang will spawn a Boomerang like a spawn egg.
  • Hoopfish
    • Hoopfish are passive mobs.
    • Right clicking a Raw Hoopfish will spawn a Hoopfish like a spawn egg.
  • Gasopod
    • Gasopods are neutral mobs. If the player gets to close to a Gasopod, it will feel threatened release clouds of poison.
  • Stalker
    • Stalkers are aggressive mobs. Stalkers are territorial, and will chase players.
  • Warper
    • Warpers are aggressive, and are the only mob that spawns in the Overworld. Warpers are necessary to reaching the Subnautica Dimension. The player needs to build portal frame blocks from Warper Plating and Warper Powder.
  • Crab snake
    • Crabsnakes are neutral mobs. If the player gets to close to a Crabsnake it will attack.
  • Eyeye
    • Eyeyes are passive mobs.
    • Right clicking a Raw Eyeye will spawn a Eyeye like a spawn egg.
  • Bleeder
    • Bleeders are aggressive mobs that haven’t been implemented yet. They will try to suck the blood of players.
  • Skyray
    • Skyrays are an in-development passive mob that will eventually spawn flying above the Safe Shallows biome.

Getting to The Dimension:

First, craft a Launch Pad with two titanium, a bucket of water, and three iron blocks

Place the launch pad in a 3×3 area.

Then, craft all rocket parts (Nose Cone, Body, Thruster, x2 fins) Some recipes may require copper and aluminum oxide crystal (found under Jungle biomes.)

Right-click the launch pad to open its crafting inventory. Place each rocket part in the following shape to craft the Horizon rocket.

Right-click the newly crafted horizon on the launch pad to place it.

Next, craft a rocket fuel to fuel the spacecraft. This recipe requires lithium and x2 uraninite.

Shift-right-click the rocket to open its inventory. Place the rocket fuel in the respective slot.

Then, right click the Horizon to enter it. Right click once more to engage launch.
