Money From Mobs Plugin (1.20.1, 1.19.4) earns money from mobs using a Looting Enchantment with Mythic Mob compatibility.

  • Change the Item type and its Custom Model Data of the dropped money – Also supports Custom heads
  • Change the Drop Chance, Number of Drops and Amount of money dropped on every single mob.
  • Permission Group multipliers allow higher ranks to get more money than lower ranks.
  • Change the Sound, Particle and Message sent when a player picks up money.
  • Option to show message in chat, above action bar or as a Holographic message
  • Hex colour code support for 1.16+
  • Option to stop mobs that were spawned naturally, by spawners or by splitting from a bigger slime from dropping money.
  • Option to stop baby mobs from dropping money
  • Disable money drops in specified Worlds and WorldGuard Regions
  • Players with a full inventory can pick up money when using Paper 1.13+
  • Set max number of drops per minute for each player to combat mob farms
  • Option to only allow the killer to pick up the dropped money
  • Option to Automatically remove money on the ground if it has not been picked up within a customizable time
  • Create events where players can earn more money for a certain amount of time
  • Hoppers can pick up money for the killer or the player who placed the hopper
  • Create automatic multiplier events that where players get more money for a certain amount of time

Commands:

  • /MfmHelp – Shows all commands and gives a small description
  • /MfmReload – Reloads the config
  • /MfmDrop <AmountToDrop> [NumberOfDrops] [World] [PosX] [PosY] [PosZ] – Drops specified amount of money on players cursor. NumberOfDrops and Location is optional
  • /MfmClear – Clears all money from the ground
  • /MfmMute – Allows player to individually mute incoming messages when they pick up money.
  • /MfmEvent <Start/Stop> [Percentage Increase] [Duration e.g. 1h10m0s] – Create global multipliers for a specified amount of time. For example: “/MfmEvent start 20% 1h10m0s ” will make all mobs drop 20% more money for 1 hour 10 minutes

Permissions:

  • MoneyFromMobs.use – Allows players to kill mobs to obtain money and pick money up.
  • MoneyFromMobs.help – Allows player to use /MfmHelp
  • MoneyFromMobs.reload – Allows player to use /MfmReload
  • MoneyFromMobs.drop – Allows player to use /MfmDrop
  • MoneyFromMobs.clear – Allows player to use /MfmClear
  • MoneyFromMobs.mute – Allows player to use /MfmMute
  • MoneyFromMobs.event – Allows players to use /MfmEvent
  • MoneyFromMobs.PreventMoneyDropOnDeath – Players with this permission will not drop money on death

How to install:

  • Download a plugin of your choice.
  • Place the .jar and any other files in your plugin’s directory.
  • Run the server and wait for it to fully load.
  • Type stop in your Minecraft server console to bring the server to a clean stop.
  • Run the server.
  • All done! Your plugin should be installed and ready to be used.
