Background

A wandering trader isÂ notÂ the same as aÂ villagerÂ in Minecraft, though they have some similarities. Wandering traders are found wandering the game with leashedÂ trader llamasÂ (there are always one or two trader llamas attached by leads to a wandering trader). Hostility Level (Passive)

A wandering trader is a passive mob. The termÂ mobÂ is short forÂ mobileÂ and is used to refer to all living, moving creatures in the game such as chickens, creepers, and wandering traders. Because a wandering trader is a passive mob, it will never attack you in the game (Creative or Survival mode).

Health Points

Â for health. This gives a wandering trader 20 health points (because 1 heart = 2 health points). To kill a wandering trader, you need to inflict 20 points of damage to the wandering trader.

Where to Find Wandering Traders

In Minecraft, wandering traders will naturally spawn in the game on land in most Overworld biomes. The wandering trader always spawns with one of twoÂ trader llamasÂ leashed to the wandering trader. As you play the game, the wandering trader and its trader llamas will come and find you. You can trade with the wandering trader.

Experience Points
